Flight One Academy (RTO 45165) has been approved as a subsidised training provider of vocational skills in engineering, supported by the Government of South Australia.

This approval opens the door to a greater number of potential students and apprentices pursuing a pathway to employment as an aircraft maintenance engineer. Participant eligibility criteria apply.

The Academy has developed a signature program in consultation with industry, providing a unique opportunity to work and learn in a dynamic industry sector where there is heavy demand for new entrants. 

The addition of state government funding enables Flight One Academy to deliver our industry-focused aircraft engineering programmes in Adelaide, and offers even more individuals the opportunity to participate in a growing aircraft maintenance and repair industry in South Australia. The Academy is part of the Tisdall Aviation Group, which is already heavily invested in Adelaide as an MRO operator. This announcement will provide further impetus for the development of Group training facilities at Adelaide International airport over the coming months.
